    Acesulfame K

Synonyms: Acesulfame Potassium, ASK, AK sugar

Ingredient: Its Systematic name is Acesulfame K, who is a new type healthy high sweetness sweeteners.

Usage:     In food industry, Acesulfame K is used in the production of beverage, candy, cakes and pastries, ice cream, jam, pudding, roasting  food, dinner table 

                    sweet package and milk product etc.,

Advantages:

1. Their sweetness is 200 time of cane sugar, but the quantity of heat is only 0.5 percent of cane sugar. So they are SAFE to be as sweeteners.

2. To be the substitutions of cane sugar, they are directly added in the daily sweets. Especially, it is suitable for the sufferer of sugar diabetes, adiposis, high blood pressure and coronary heart disease who abstain from cane sugar.
