PE发泡垫片是为适应国际上对化妆品密封要求而在国内率先推出的符合膏霜类化妆品瓶盖内垫要求的专用材料，即三层共挤PE片材，经过各项指标测试(化学的、物理的)均达到要求。该材料为三层PE组合(见附图)，表面洁白光滑，中间为低发泡PE，无任何介质，具有完全密封瓶口和保证膏霜表面层滋润的作用，是国际上膏霜类化妆品密封瓶口的**选材料。己被国内外多家著名品牌化妆品公司用。
将适用的（依据瓶盖内径的尺寸大小，以及瓶盖底部与瓶口的距离间隙）PE垫片嵌入瓶盖内，然后旋于瓶体拧紧即可。
